I have enjoyed watching my neighbor build a privacy fence. He took his time and cut all the boards so that the fence is only about four feet tall. It is the best example of a good neighbor fence I have ever seen. He told me he likes to play soccer and the fence helps keep the ball in the yard and bounces the ball back to him. Last spring I told my husband our deck looked plain and I wanted something to brighten it up so it wouldn’t look like everybody else’s deck in the neighborhood. You know how that is in some of the newer sub-divisions; we all look like we live in the same cookie cutter house with the same cookie cutter deck!
